Yes. GWR is an Authorized Google Workspace Reseller. Every plan is the same Google Workspace product Google sells directly.
No. Migrations are scheduled around your working hours and existing mail, contacts, and calendar data are moved across before your old provider is switched off, so there is no gap in service.
The $2.50 per user per month rate applies to the Starter plan for accounts with 300 or more users. Accounts below 300 users are billed at $2.99 per user per month, still well below the official $8 rate.
Most accounts are fully verified and receiving mail within a few business days, depending on how quickly DNS changes propagate for your domain.
Yes. Clients are served across the USA, UK, UAE, Pakistan, and India, with support available across those time zones.
Yes. You can move between Starter, Business Standard, and Business Plus as your team grows, and pricing adjusts on a pro rata basis.
Storage depends on the plan you choose, starting at 30GB per user on Starter and increasing through Business Standard and Business Plus. Full details are confirmed at signup based on your user count.
Support does not end once migration is complete. Mailbox, billing, and configuration questions are handled for as long as you are a client.
